My passion for travel started about three years ago when I discovered the world of landscape photography through social media. I remember perfectly the day I saw a picture of a fishing cabin in Norway.
I thought to myself: “I have to see it in real life!”
So I booked a flight to Norway in order to explore the country during my school holiday. I already had been roaming around Denmark for a year or so, and I was passionated about photography at the time as well. Yet, my Norwegian trip completely changed my life, as I fell in love with travel.
Traveling has been a great way to explore the world and myself.
Now, I am aware of how important it is to be patient, that good company quite often is more important that the destination itself, but that once you have reached that bucket list site, it is important to enjoy the moment.
Yet, I would have never been so passionated for travel without photography.
I love the way you can tell stories with a single photo and I think that it is a great way to convey emotions and express your current mood. This is especially true when it comes to edit a photograph, for instance.
Nowadays my main goal is to inspire others to go outdoors and enjoy our surroundings as much as I do. In my opinion, the world has a lot to offer!
In addition, I have also discovered that photography is a perfect way to meet passionated people. Actually, I got to know many friends because of photography and to this day, I still travel around the world with many of them!
