Landscape photographer based in France

“My name is Gonz and I am a French photographer and outdoor explorer. I have been inspired by magazines like National Geographic (@natgeo) that have convinced me that keeping memories of your travels and places you’ve visited is mandatory. I have always had an interest in traveling. And discovering France was the first step!

Among all the places I have visited, Alpe di Siusi in the Italian Dolomites is without any doubt one of my favorites! I visited with Cabaye (@cabaye.cr) and Nora (@nora.ldy) for a sunrise mission last summer.

"We were lucky to see the sun rise above the mountains, I recall it was an incredible moment to witness!"

As everything changes each day around the world, there is a continuous evolution. You can take the weather or light, for example. The weather changes every hour of every day, and the light with it. Sometimes it makes for good conditions to work under, sometimes it doesn’t. Photography enables me to capture those changes, sharing my unique and different perspectives with my followers.

So, for me, in photography there are two possibilities: the first one would be taking a picture without thinking too much about it and going back to it later to see the shot as it is. The second one would be taking a picture yet thinking about its composition and the message you want to tell. Consequently, the result is way better.

"Each person who will see the shot will feel your emotion and be moved by it."

Ultimately, my goal is to show the beauty of the world and to let my followers discover places they might not know of. Being able to capture the emotions I felt the moment I took the picture is something else I aim to do.

"With travel the possibilities are limitless, so my appetite for adventure is far from being over!"
